Our Corrections Policy

Finshots is committed to telling readers when an error has been made, the magnitude of the error and the correct information, as quickly as possible. This commitment and transparency is applicable to small errors as well as large for all the content that's published on our platform.

How can errors be reported?

Any errors in our content be reported by emailing to us morning@finshots.in. This email ID is actively monitored by our Head of Content, Shrehith Karkera. Alternatively, the errors can be reported via our social media handles- Twitter, Facebook , LinkedIn and our social media team will immediately communicate this to our Head of Content.

How are corrections made?

As and when any mistakes or errors are highlighted to us, our team understands the corrections required, verifies the facts and figures with legitimate sources and issue necessary corrections and clarifications required immediately. Our Head of Content is responsible for issuing clarifications.

Where will the corrections be made?

We issue the clarifications over email, on our social media handles, and on our website.

  • We update the existing articles with the correct information
  • We issue clarifications with a clear label "Corrections" at the end of the article clealy mentioning what was wrong in the originally published article
  • We also include the time and date when the correction is made.
